Under Articles 4 to 6 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) and Articles 11 to 13 of Romanian Law 365/2002, intermediary services are not subject to a general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
