Turn a one-off audit into
a recurring client service.
Configure the site, pages, cadence, and delivery settings. Monthly scans run automatically and reports are generated and delivered on schedule — no manual work needed.
Enter the site, key pages, cadence, and delivery contact. One setup per client site.
Each cycle, we scan the monitored pages and compare results against the previous reporting period.
A branded monthly report is generated after each scan and delivered — ready to forward to the client.
Score history, issue counts, and regression flags across all reporting periods.
Before/after proof on fixed issues and new regressions surfaced in the latest scan.
A stakeholder-ready summary for client meetings — switch to technical mode for delivery teams.
Your agency name and logo on every report. Clients never need to know the tool behind it.
Monitoring setup
No payment collected here. Use after the audit to lock in the retainer and start recurring scans.
Everything included
One monthly setup feeds into a full client portfolio — automated scans, branded reports, and delivery history under one roof.
Playwright-powered rescans on your exact key pages, every cycle, without manual intervention.
Every new scan is compared against previous periods to flag what improved, what regressed, and what's new.
Track included site slots, manage portfolios, and keep all monitored sites under the same customer record.
Branded, shareable PDF for every monthly report — executive summary, technical appendix, and roadmap.
The executive view is what you forward to clients. The technical view is for your delivery team.
The retainer playbook for EU agencies
Monthly monitoring isn't a generic upsell. It earns its keep in three concrete agency situations — each one already happens on your books today, and each one closes more easily once you can point at a recurring scan and a branded monthly PDF.
Right after a paid audit
Your client just paid 399 € for the audit. Now they need someone to make sure the fixes hold and that new feature work doesn't regress. Monitoring is the natural follow-on — and the 199 €/mo line is small enough to slide into an existing maintenance retainer.
When the EAA enforcement letter arrives
EU member states started intensifying EAA enforcement in 2026. When a client's legal team gets a complaint or an inspection notice, your monthly report becomes the evidence trail showing the site has been assessed, prioritized, and tracked over time.
When you take over a site
Inherited a client from another agency? The first monthly scan establishes a baseline. Months two and three show your trajectory. That's the proof point you need when the contract renewal conversation comes up.
Questions before you set up the schedule
Do I need to have run an audit first?
Not strictly. Monitoring works as a standalone product — the first scan establishes a baseline, and from there each cycle compares against it. That said, agencies usually sell monitoring after the paid audit because the audit makes the value of regression detection obvious to the client.
Up to 3 sites — what counts as a site?
One root domain plus up to five key pages per site. If your client runs accessiproof.com plus a separate accessiproof.de marketing site, that's two sites in your portfolio. Sub-paths under one domain (/blog, /docs, /pricing) all count under the same site.
What if I need more than 3 sites?
Custom portfolio pricing kicks in at 4+ sites. Email office@accessiproof.com with the list of sites and we'll quote — typically a tiered discount per additional site. Common at agencies running 8 to 25 client sites under one master agreement.
How are reports delivered?
On the first business day of each cycle, we generate the monthly PDF, store it under the customer record, and send a delivery email with the report link. Your portal shows the full report timeline so you can compare any two periods side by side.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. No lock-in, no minimum term. Pause for a month if a client's site is mid-redesign, or cancel any time. Pro-rata refunds aren't typical because billing is monthly — the next cycle just doesn't run.
What if a site goes down or changes hosting?
If a scan fails (5xx, DNS, certificate), we retry, log the issue, and email you the same day. If a redesign relaunches the site under new URLs, send us the new key-page list and we'll re-baseline — no extra fee.
How is this different from setting up an automated cron with axe-core?
Two things. First, the monthly PDF is client-ready: prioritized clusters, screenshot evidence, executive summary, regression flags. Second, you don't maintain it. The whole point of monitoring as a product is removing the "I'll set it up next sprint" from your team's plate.
