What a 399 € audit covers — and what it doesn't
We're explicit about scope so you can quote your client with confidence. The audit is the agency-resale tier of accessibility work — it covers the discovery, prioritization, and reporting an EU client needs to act on EAA, BFSG, RGAA, Ley 11/2023, or Legea 232/2022 obligations.
- Up to 15 key pages. You pick which pages — typically homepage, top template variants, navigation, key journeys (signup, checkout, contact), and any client-flagged hot spots.
- Full WCAG 2.1 AA + EN 301 549 coverage. Automated axe-core scan as the baseline, plus operator-led review of every flagged finding.
- Screenshot evidence per issue cluster. Annotated images that match what your client's legal or compliance team will accept.
- Prioritized remediation roadmap. Critical, major, minor — each cluster tagged with effort estimate and ownership (frontend, content, design system).
- Executive summary & technical appendix. Two views in one PDF so a stakeholder can skim and a developer can act.
- White-label PDF export. Your agency name, logo, and brand colour. Clients never see AccessiProof unless you want them to.
- Manual conformance audit by certified specialist. If your client needs a VPAT/ACR for litigation or formal certification, we'll point you to a boutique firm that does that work — typically 1,500 € to 5,000+ €.
- User testing with people with disabilities. We don't run moderated assistive-technology sessions; that's a different engagement.
- Native mobile app audits. Web only for now. Mobile app coverage is on the roadmap.
- PDF or document remediation. We audit web pages; document-level remediation is handled by partners.
- Implementation work. We deliver the report — your dev team or ours-on-retainer (separate engagement) does the fixes.
Questions before you book
Can I add my agency’s branding?
Yes. The PDF cover, header, footer, and contact block all use your agency name, logo, and primary colour. The report ships ready to forward without rewriting. White-label kicks in automatically once you book — no extra fee, no separate plan.
What if my client’s site is more than 15 pages?
The 15-page allowance covers most agency engagements. For larger sites we add modest per-page fees, or we cluster pages into template-equivalent groups — one homepage variant audited once typically covers all five of its instances. Email office@accessiproof.com with your scope and we’ll quote.
How fast can I get the report?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. Rush 48-hour delivery is available on request when an agency has a live client deadline — we’ll confirm capacity within one business day after you book and contact us.
Is this enough for EAA, BFSG, RGAA, or Ley 11/2023 compliance?
It satisfies the scoping, prioritization, and remediation-trail steps. EU directives reference WCAG 2.1 AA via EN 301 549 — our audit assesses against that bar, with screenshot evidence and remediation roadmap. For formal regulatory disputes or VPAT/ACR certification, pair this with a certified specialist firm. We complement that work, not replace it.
Do you cover SPAs, JavaScript-heavy sites, and gated areas?
Our scanner uses a real Chromium browser via Playwright, so JavaScript renders fully before scanning. For authenticated areas we accept screenshots of the gated views or test credentials — whichever is easier for you to provide. Mention any gated areas in the booking form and we’ll confirm scope.
Refunds?
If the report doesn’t meet the scope described here, email us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll either rework it or refund the full audit fee. No questions, no fine print.
Where is my data stored?
EU-only hosting (Vercel Frankfurt + Hetzner Helsinki). Encryption in transit and at rest. GDPR Article 28 DPA available — see our trust page for the full posture, including sub-processors and breach notification SLA.
