White-label accessibility audits your agency can resell
Add a WCAG 2.1 AA and EAA compliance service line without hiring a specialist. AccessiProof delivers the audit — screenshot evidence, remediation roadmap, effort ranges — as a branded PDF you sell to your client at your own markup.
Three reasons this beats building it in-house
Launch a compliance service without hiring a specialist
Most 10-to-30-person agencies cannot hire a dedicated accessibility specialist — the salary doesn't pencil out. AccessiProof is the production engine that lets a PM and a front-end dev deliver agency-quality WCAG audits from day one.
Make accessibility the reason they stay on retainer
EAA and national-law enforcement don't end after the first audit — they require ongoing monitoring. Monthly monitoring turns a one-off audit into a recurring retainer line that survives the annual budget review.
Be the agency with the credible answer to 'are we compliant?'
E-commerce, financial services, transport, and SaaS clients in the EU are being asked this question by legal and procurement. If you can return a scoped audit proposal within 48 hours of the call, you win. If you can't, someone else does.
From first client conversation to recurring retainer
The workflow is designed for a project manager and a front-end developer to run without an in-house accessibility specialist. No platform to learn, no Playwright to maintain, no false positives to triage.
- 1
Run a free scan on the client site
Drop the client URL into our free scan. We deliver a 5-page diagnostic with priority issues and screenshot evidence within 24 hours. You use it as a proof-of-need in your next client call.
- 2
Quote the client your markup
Pitch the audit at your agency rate (800–2,500 € is typical). You purchase the underlying audit from us at 399 €. Your markup is the service fee for scoping, client communication, and remediation oversight.
- 3
We build the audit, you white-label it
Submit up to 15 target pages. We deliver the full audit in 3–5 business days — PDF, screenshot evidence, remediation roadmap, effort ranges. You swap in your logo, your cover page, and send the branded version to your client.
- 4
Upsell monthly monitoring into the retainer
After the audit, offer your client monthly monitoring. You pay us 199 €/mo per portfolio; most agencies bundle it into a retainer line at 400–900 €/mo. The recurring revenue pays for itself in the first quarter.
What the resale looks like on your P&L
Quick anchor before you scroll the inputs: a single resold audit at the typical EUR 1,200 client markup covers about 3 underlying audits at our price — the rest is your agency’s service margin, and monitoring stacks on top as recurring revenue.
Ranges below reflect typical agency pricing we see in the market. You set your own price — these are not caps.
Your monthly mix
How many WCAG audits you resell each month.
Your invoice rate. Typical range EU: €800–€2,500.
We bundle up to 3 sites per €199 retainer.
Per-site recurring fee you bill the client.
What it nets you
Live numbers based on the inputs to the left.
Estimates only. Your actual margin depends on scoping time, client communication, remediation oversight, and tax. Monitoring cost rounds up to whole retainer plans (each covers up to 3 sites for €199/mo).
Pull your own numbers through. Defaults reflect prices we have seen EU agencies charge for equivalent scope — not a guarantee of what your clients will pay. Legal certification, VPAT/ACR, and enterprise-scale scope sit above these bands.
The deliverable a partner agency can hand to a C-level client
Executive summary
Non-technical. Compliance posture, top 3 business-impact findings, estimated remediation effort in dev weeks. This is the page the client's CEO reads.
Journey impact
Which user flows are broken (signup, checkout, contact, account management) and how that maps to revenue risk. Built for account managers to present without translation.
Prioritized findings
Each finding tagged critical / major / minor with WCAG success criterion, affected pages, screenshot evidence, and a 1-line plain-English explanation of the user impact.
Remediation roadmap
Every finding with an effort range (e.g. '2–4 dev hours'), a fix category (component, template, content, CSS), and an owner tag you can assign to your dev team.
Technical appendix
axe-core rule IDs, DOM selectors, failing elements, and verified remediation guidance. This is what your developers actually work from.
White-label cover + branding
Swap in your agency logo, brand colors on the cover page, and your account manager's contact details. AccessiProof branding removed from client-facing pages on request.
Questions before you pitch a client
Is the PDF actually white-label? Can I add my logo and brand colors?
Yes. Every paid audit and monthly monitoring report is delivered as a PDF you can share under your own brand. You can add your agency logo, adjust the cover page, and remove AccessiProof branding from the client-facing deliverable. The internal technical appendix retains axe-core rule IDs and WCAG references so your dev team can act on the findings without guesswork.
Can I resell these audits to my clients at a markup?
Yes — that is the entire pricing model. A 399 € audit typically resells at 800–2,500 € inside an agency engagement. Monthly monitoring at 199 €/mo frequently bundles into retainers at 400–900 €/mo. You set the price your client sees. We invoice you; you invoice your client.
What exactly does the client see?
A client-ready PDF report with an executive summary, prioritized findings with screenshot evidence, journey impact (signup, checkout, forms), a remediation roadmap with effort ranges, and a WCAG 2.1 AA assessment summary. Optional shareable web link if you want to embed it in a client portal. axe-core terminology stays out of the executive-facing sections.
How fast is turnaround?
Free scans: automated, delivered within 24 hours. Paid audits: 3–5 business days for up to 15 pages, including operator-led review of every finding. Rush turnaround (48 hours) is available on request for agencies with a live client deadline.
Can I position this as my own service line?
Yes. Agencies typically name this an internal practice area — e.g. 'Accessibility & EAA Compliance' — and brief their account managers to raise it in discovery calls. We can share the sales deck and qualification script we use internally on request. EAA enforcement started June 28, 2025 — many clients in covered categories (e-commerce, financial services, transport, audio-visual on demand) are now in scope and have not run their first audit cycle, making this an easy conversation to open.
What about VPAT / ACR / formal legal certification?
We do not issue VPAT or ACR certifications, and our reports do not claim legal EAA conformance. For formal legal certification, regulatory disputes, or litigation exposure, we refer clients to specialist firms. Our audits identify the violations and give your dev team a concrete remediation plan — which is what 90% of agency-scale engagements actually need.
Do you sign an NDA? Is client data kept confidential?
Yes, we sign NDAs on request. Scan data is stored in an EU-hosted Postgres instance (Neon, Frankfurt region). We do not use client scan data to train models or share it with third parties. Details on our privacy page.
Do you work with agencies outside the EU?
Our pricing and positioning are tuned for EU agencies because of the EAA enforcement deadline. We do work with UK, Norwegian, Swiss, and Balkan agencies on the same terms. For agencies in the US or APAC, reach out and we'll discuss — the product works globally, but our deliverable templates reference EU regulations (EAA, EN 301 549, national laws) more heavily than US (ADA, Section 508).
